Application Fee

• Is $30 per application and is due at the time of application and non-refundable

General Requirements and Information needed to Apply

• Must be 18 years or older to apply  
• All persons over the age of 18 must apply on a separate application regardless of relationship status
• Valid form of identification is required
• Proof of income
• 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references
• Social Security Number

Credit Requirements

• Minimum of a 640-credit score
• No bankruptcies
• No outstanding collections or balances due for utilities, monies owed to landlords or rental agencies

Criminal History

• We reserve the right not to rent to persons who have been convicted of a crime or area a registered sex offender

Affordable Housing

• We do not accept Section 8 or any other affordable housing options

Pets

• No pets are allowed
• Service or Assistance animals we will need a signed note from a medical professional or other qualified 3^rd party on letterhead, requesting a reasonable accommodation. Online Certificates Will Not be accepted.
