Minimum Credit Requirements: Must have a minimum credit score of 640 through Trans Union and no history of Bankruptcies. We are unable to hold a unit for you until your application is processed and approved, lease is signed, and deposit is paid. The unit that is available today may not be tomorrow as we process applications and leases in the order in which they are received.
